At Pink Ginger Hair, our policies are designed to ensure a smooth and enjoyable experience for both our clients and our team. We kindly ask that all clients take a moment to familiarise themselves with our policies prior to their appointment. These policies are also available across our social media platforms for easy access. Thank you for your understanding and support.
IMPORTANT — PLEASE READ BEFORE BOOKING
We understand life gets busy and plans can change. If you need to reschedule, we kindly ask for at least 48 hours’ notice so we can offer your appointment time to another guest.
Services will require a non-refundable booking fee, which is deducted from your total on the day of your appointment. If an appointment is cancelled within 48 hours or missed, the fee will be forfeited and cannot be transferred to a future booking. If you choose to reschedule within 24 hours of your appointment, the booking fee will be processed and taken as a late cancellation fee. We truly value both our time and yours.
If an appointment is missed more than once without notice, we may remove online booking access and require future bookings to be made by contacting the salon directly. In this case, a deposit will be taken over the phone to secure your appointment and will be deducted from your service total on the day. If something unexpected comes up, please call or message us — we will always do our best to be understanding.
7-Day Adjustment Policy Your satisfaction is very important to us. If you have any concerns with your hair, please contact the salon within 7 days of your appointment. We will gladly review the service and make any reasonable adjustments required within this time to ensure you are happy with your result.
Please also note: Due to the higher cost of staffing weekends, we are unable to offer discounts on Saturdays. This includes children’s cuts, Fernwood member discounts and promotional offers. Full pricing applies to all Saturday bookings.
For any client under the age of 18, a parent or guardian must remain present during the consultation and quoting process to ensure clear communication and expectations around the service.
